Rally and drift driving is a two handed job and one of those hands is almost never on the wheel. It is on the handbrake initiating a rotation, then on the lever catching the gear, then back again, often inside the same corner.
This pairs the dual-mode shifter with the 200kg load cell handbrake, which is the combination that side of the cockpit is built around. Our wheel and pedal bundles cover the other combinations.
A handbrake without an H-pattern shifter is only half the rally input set. Left foot braking, a handbrake pull to rotate and a downshift to settle the car are one continuous movement, and doing two of the three on a keyboard breaks it.
For drift the pairing is the same but the shifter usually runs in sequential mode, where the change is quick and the left hand goes straight back to the handbrake. Both modes are in the box, so the rig covers either discipline without buying more hardware.
The VNM Dual-Mode Shifter supplies the sequential V2 plate and the seven gear H-pattern plate together, with a quick release knob for each mode and independent tension adjustment so both feel right.
The VNM Handbrake V1.5 measures pull force through a 200kg load cell rather than travel, and its handle sets to seven angles between a vertical rally pull and a flat track layout.
Neither unit includes mounting clamps or bolts, so plan that part before they arrive. A rig with side profile takes both directly with the right hardware, and table clamps are available if you are mounting to a desk.
