Shipping policy
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout. Please provide us either with a residential or business address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
International Orders: Although we primarily ship within Australia, we also cater for international shipments. Please contact our sales team at support@gamergeardirect.com.au and we'll provide you with a custom shipping order.
Processing Times
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery timeframes are calculated after dispatch and are estimates only.

Rural & Remote Shipping Charges
Due to massive increase in shipping costs post pandemic, there are some areas of Australia that have seen dramatic rises in courier costs. For example remote and rural parts of the Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia and Far North Queensland have seen shipping prices double, triple and even quadruple within the last few years.
For this reason, there may be times where the shipping price listed during checkout is not accurate and additional fees will be charged. It is the customers responsibility to pay these additional shipping fees or we may be forced to cancel your order.
Again, these additional shipping charges only apply to remote and rural areas. If you have any concerns about the shipping price to your address, please contact us before ordering.
High Shipping Charges
While we endeavour to reflect accurate shipping charges on checkout, some postcodes do incur higher shipping charges. This could be due to a remote or rural location, or areas that are not simply not regularly covered by courier companies. If significantly higher shipping charges are realised on our end, we may need to pass those charges onto you as the customer.
While we'll do all we can to lower these costs, given the bulky nature of some of our items, they can incur significant additional charges to certain postcodes around Australia.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
If no one is available at delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, arrange redelivery, or redirect it to a local collection point depending on the carrier.
