First, you should know we work with Australia's cheapest and fastest couriers.
So, we'll do our best to ensure you get your order FAST without spending a fortune on shipping.
When you order you'll need to provide us with your full residential or business address. You'll see where you need to type this information in checkout.
Please note, that at this time we can't deliver to PO boxes. That's simply because most of the gear we stock is super bulky and our couriers don't have the time to try shove something into your PO box when it doesn't fit.
International shopper? We've got some bad news.
At the moment, we don't ship internationally. It's super hard to keep track of international packages. This may change in the future. But for now we don't ship overseas.
With that out of the way, let's chat on how you order stuff from us.
Here's how you order your simulator goodies
Our order process is easy-peasy.
You simply pick the gear you want and add it to your cart. When you're ready, complete the checkout process.
When you complete checkout, you'll receive an email confirming your order.
99% of our orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your ordered is shipped and we've received your tracking details from our courier, you'll receive a second email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes it's way to your front door.
Also, please note that purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Here's how long your order will take to arrive
Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
For WA and Tasmania, please allow up to an additional 2 business days. For country, rural or remote locations please allow an additional 3 business days to receive your order.
Some of our deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If there's no one home, the courier will leave a card with details on where to pick up your order.
Please note, Gamer Gear Direct cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order if no one is around to take delivery.
Special note for remote and rural customers
Due to massive increase in shipping costs post pandemic, there are some areas of Australia that have seen dramatic rises in courier costs. For example remote and rural parts of the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Far North Queensland have seen shipping prices double, triple and even quadruple within the last few years.
For this reason, there may be times where the shipping price listed during checkout is not accurate and additional fees will be charged. It is the customers responsibility to pay these additional shipping fees or we may be forced to cancel your order.
Again, these additional shipping charges only apply to remote and rural areas. if you have any concerns about the shipping price to your address, please contact us before ordering.
