The range

Five cockpits sit in this collection: the TR8 Pro, the TR40S, the TR80S, the TR120S and the TR160. They share the same aluminium profile approach and the same mounting logic, so what separates them is frame size, how much hardware they will carry and how much room they need.

What bolts to the frame

The point of a profile frame is that the controls go where your hands and feet actually are and then stay there. Yokes and sticks mount forward, throttles sit to the side, and pedals bolt to a plate at the bottom rather than skating across the carpet.

The gear itself comes from the control ranges: flight simulator yokes, joysticks, flight sim throttles and rudder pedals. Check the mounting on the product page against the cockpit you are looking at, because not every combination bolts up without an adapter.

Why aluminium profile

Profile rail is slotted along its length, so a mount can be loosened, moved and locked again anywhere on the frame. That is what lets a cockpit change as your hardware changes rather than being fixed at the geometry it shipped with.

Will my yoke and pedals fit a Trak Racer cockpit?

Most mainstream flight hardware bolts straight on, and the rest goes on with an adapter plate. The reliable way to check is the mounting detail on both product pages, or a call to us with what you own.

How much room do I need?

Enough to sit in it with the pedals extended and get in and out. The footprint differs across the five cockpits, so take the dimensions from the product page of the one you are considering and measure the space before you order.

Can I use one of these for racing as well?

These are set up as flight cockpits. Some Trak Racer frames are sold in both flight and racing configurations, so if you want one rig to do both, ring us before ordering rather than assuming.

Can I add to it later?

That is what the profile rail is for. Monitor mounts, keyboard trays, panels and extra brackets clamp anywhere along it, so the cockpit grows with the hardware instead of being replaced.

Do these come with a seat?

It varies by model and by configuration. The product page lists what is included, and seats are sold separately where they are not.
