Description
Take a V1 or V2 mount to V3
This is the upgrade path rather than a replacement. Four side plates that swap out the originals on a TR One V1 or V2 wheel mount and reconfigure it into the V3 2-Way arrangement, reusing the 120x40mm extrusion you already own.
What you gain is orientation. A V3 mount can run its extrusion vertically for leg and knee clearance in a formula seating position, or horizontally to open up a flat span for a dashboard, a button box or a small display. On V1 and V2 that choice did not exist.

What you need to already own
A TR One V1 or V2 wheel mounting system, fitted to the cockpit, with its 120x40mm extrusion profile. The extrusion is not included in this set and is not replaced by it. The plates bolt to the extrusion you already have and change how it can be oriented.
If you do not own a TR One mount at all, this set does nothing for you. Start with a complete V3 kit instead, such as the universal mount kit or the brand specific versions.
Why orientation is the upgrade
Vertical orientation pulls the extrusion out of the space your knees occupy, which is the difference between a comfortable formula position and one you tolerate. Horizontal orientation turns the same piece of extrusion into a broad shelf you can hang instrumentation from.
Because the change is reversible, you can try both. Rigs get rebuilt around new hardware constantly, and a mount that adapts is worth more than one that was perfect for a setup you no longer run. The rest of our hardware mounts range covers the brackets that go with either layout. If you would rather replace the mount outright, the TR One V3 base kit is the complete V3 structure.
