Pedal height is not a detail. It sets your ankle angle, and ankle angle is what determines how precisely you can modulate a load cell brake. A formula car wants your feet up; a GT car wants them down.

What tool-free actually means here
Several pedal mounts describe themselves as tool-free, and most of them mean the angle adjusts with a hand screw. This one means the whole pedal position moves, from a raised formula height to a lower GT one, without picking anything up.
That is a meaningfully different thing. Angle adjustment fine tunes a position you have already set. Position adjustment changes which discipline the rig is set up for, and doing it in seconds rather than in a twenty minute rebuild is what makes people actually do it.
This is not an inverted mount
Inverted pedals hang from above so the pedal faces come down toward your feet, which is how a real single seater is built. This mount is a conventional arrangement that raises and lowers, which is a different thing.
If suspended pedals are what you are after, the universal inverted pedal mount is the dedicated part, and the inverted pedal system covers inverted, formula and GT positions in one kit.
Fitting it to the rig
It is designed for aluminium extrusion cockpits, mounting into the profile rather than bolting to a fixed deck. Set the seat first, then the pedals, then the wheel, because everything downstream is measured from where your body sits.
A footrest is worth adding at the same time. Your left foot has to go somewhere in a GT car with an automatic gearbox, and the universal footrest gives it a home.
