Sixteen pieces, four finished corners
A corner in an aluminium profile system is only as strong as the bracket holding it square, and it only looks finished if the fixings are hidden. This set does both: four anodised black corner brackets, four ABS covers that clip over them, and the eight screws and eight T-nuts needed to fit the lot.
It is sized for 40mm profile with an 8mm slot, and it suits the aluminium chassis across the Trak Racer range including the TR200, TRA, TR160, TR120, TR80S, TR40S and TRK.

Brackets that do not look like brackets
The cover is what separates this from a bare bracket. Once clipped on it hides the two fixings and turns an exposed corner joint into a smooth black block, which matters on the corners that sit at eye level or near the driver.
Structurally it is a straightforward square connector. It holds two 40mm rails at ninety degrees and resists the twist that would otherwise open the joint under load. Where you need an angle other than ninety degrees, the flexible pivot joint connector does the same job on a hinge, and the wider hardware mounts range covers the rest of the frame. It sits alongside the rest of our racing simulator accessories as a finishing part rather than a structural upgrade.
