A shifter cradle and the arm together
Unlike the bare support arms, this listing gives you both halves of the job. It pairs the TR One two-way shifter mount with a 240mm length of 80x40mm profile, so the shifter has a cradle to bolt to and the cradle has an arm to sit on.
The two-way mount lets the shifter be positioned in either of two orientations, which is what makes it work for short throw and drift style shifters as well as conventional sequential units. It fits 40mm wide 8mm slotted extrusion.

Two orientations, one mount
Shifters differ in where the gate sits relative to the mounting face, and a mount with one fixed orientation suits some and fights others. Two positions covers considerably more hardware, including the short throw and drift style units that sit differently in the hand.
Set the orientation before you set the height, because changing it later moves the lever position and you will want to reset the height anyway.
Cradle and arm in one listing
If you buy a bare 240mm support arm, you still need a cradle for the shifter itself. This listing bundles the two, which is the simpler path if a shifter is the only thing you are mounting.
