Trak Racer TR-One Universal Left/Right HOTAS Flight Sim Mount Set
A HOTAS setup only works when the stick and throttle are where your hands already are. Balanced on a desk they slide; clamped to a chair they are never quite square; and on a racing cockpit there is usually nowhere obvious to put either of them.
This is the pair that solves it on an aluminium profile rig. Left and right side mounts that clamp into any 8mm T-slot, with fully adjustable positioning on both so the stick and throttle end up at your hands rather than near them.
It is part of the TR-One modular system, which means it can also attach to a Gen 2 Trak Racer shifter mount rather than needing its own stretch of rail. It sits with the rest of the hardware mounts.

Both hands, properly placed
Flight controls are a two-handed problem and most mounting solutions only solve half of it. Selling the pair matters because stick and throttle have to be set relative to each other, not just relative to the rig, and matching a left mount to a differently designed right one never quite works.
Both sides adjust independently, so a centre stick and a left throttle, or a right stick and left throttle, are all equally possible. That flexibility is the point on a rig that also races.
The brackets are solid rather than folded, which matters more on a throttle than a stick. A throttle gets pushed against rather than pulled, and a mount with any give turns a firm detent into a vague one.
Extrusion rigs, and what to add
This is the extrusion version. It fits any aluminium profile with an 8mm T-slot, including Trak Racer's own extrusion frames, the TR200, TRA, TR160, TR120, TR80S, TR40S and TRK, and other branded profile rigs built to the same standard.
Trak Racer make one recommendation worth following. On the TR80, TR120 or TR80-LITE they suggest adding two extra profile supports, part number TR80-SMEX. On the TR160, which already has one side support, they suggest adding a second, part number TR80-SMEX-BLK. Flight controls sit further outboard than a wheel does, and the leverage is real.
If your cockpit is a TRX rather than an extrusion frame, the TRX HOTAS Flight Sim Mount Set is the version built for it. The two are not interchangeable.

That covers effectively the whole mainstream HOTAS market and a good deal of the specialist end. The Honeycomb Bravo and the Turtle Beach VelocityOne attach using a clamp and the Trak Racer wheel or yoke mounts respectively rather than bolting directly.

Which rigs does it fit?
Any aluminium profile rig with an 8mm T-slot, including Trak Racer extrusion frames such as the TR200, TRA, TR160, TR120, TR80S, TR40S and TRK, plus other branded extrusion rigs.
Will it fit my TRX?
No. The TRX is a tube frame and needs the TRX HOTAS Flight Sim Mount Set instead.
Do I need extra supports?
Trak Racer recommend two additional TR80-SMEX profile supports on the TR80, TR120 and TR80-LITE, and one additional TR80-SMEX-BLK on the TR160. Ask us and we will confirm for your frame.
Does it come as a pair?
Yes. The set is two side mounts, left and right, so the stick and throttle can be positioned relative to each other.
