Description

Trak Racer Freestanding Triple Monitor Stand (22" to 32")

Most sim racing triples are built from panels between 24 and 32 inches, because that is the size range where three screens still fit in a room and still sit close enough to wrap your vision. This stand is built specifically for that range rather than stretched to cover it.

Three displays from 22 to 32 inches on a heavy-duty 2 inch steel tube frame, VESA 75 and 100mm, with adjustable width so the wrap is set by you rather than by the frame.

It stands on its own legs, so the cockpit carries none of it. It sits with the rest of the sim racing monitor stands we stock.

Trak Racer freestanding triple monitor stand for 22 to 32 inch displays shown complete

Key features

  • Carries three displays from 22 to 32 inches
  • Heavy-duty 2 inch steel tube frame
  • VESA 75 and 100mm compatibility
  • Adjustable width across the size range
  • Optional overhead mount for a quad setup
  • Freestanding, so no vibration transfer from the rig
  • Minimal flex for consistent monitor alignment
  • Mounting hardware included

Sized for the panels people actually run

A triple only works if the side screens angle in toward you. Flat, three panels behave as one very wide screen with a broken horizon at each bezel, which is worse than a single display and the most common mistake in a first triple build.

This frame sets that geometry across a 22 to 32 inch range, with adjustable width so it closes up around smaller panels instead of leaving them stranded at the corners.

Staying inside that range is deliberate. Three 32 inch screens is already a very wide array, and pushing past it starts to demand a room rather than a corner.

Steel tube and alignment

The 2 inch steel tube frame is specified for minimal flex, and on a triple that shows up as alignment rather than safety. Three panels only read as one continuous image if they stay in the same plane relative to each other.

A frame that moves lets the outer screens drift out of alignment with the centre, and the horizon steps at the bezel. It is subtle and it is exactly the kind of thing that makes a setup feel wrong without you being able to say why.

An optional overhead mount adds a fourth screen above the centre panel if you want telemetry or instruments later.

Fitment and the wider range

Trak Racer list it against their tube frames including the FS3, RS6, TR8 PRO, TRX, Porsche 91XTR, Carbon Fibre TRX, TR5, TRF, Aston Martin AMR26, TR2, TR3, TR4 and the Hot Wheels HW2, HW3 and HW5, and their extrusion frames including the TR200, TRA, TR160, TR120, TR80S, TR40S and TRK. Freestanding, it will also work alongside other branded cockpits.

If your panels are larger than 32 inches, this is not the frame. The 32 to 45 inch triple stand is the same steel tube frame built for 32 to 45 inch displays, and the quad stand adds an overhead screen on top of three 45 inch panels.

Note the VESA range here is 75 and 100mm rather than up to 400mm, which suits monitors rather than televisions. Ask us if you are unsure what your panels use, or browse the racing simulator accessories.

Our expert take

"Twenty-four to thirty-two inches is the sweet spot for triples and this frame is built for exactly that. Bigger panels sound better until you try to fit three of them in a spare room and find you cannot sit far enough back."

"Check your VESA pattern before ordering this one specifically. Seventy-five and one hundred millimetres covers almost every monitor, but if you were planning to hang televisions you want the frame that goes to four hundred."
