Trak Racer Freestanding Single Monitor Stand
Eighty inches on a single screen is a television, and a television needs a frame built like one. This stand uses 2 inch steel tube rather than aluminium profile, which is what makes that number credible rather than aspirational.
It carries one display up to 80 inches on VESA patterns from 75 to 400mm, standing on its own legs so nothing bolts to the cockpit and nothing the wheelbase does reaches the panel.
It also grows. Optional side arms convert it to a triple, and an optional overhead mount takes it to dual or quad, all on the base you already own. It sits with the rest of the sim racing monitor stands.

A tube frame under a television
Two inch steel tube is a heavier gauge than most single stands use, and the reason is the 80 inch rating. A screen that size is not just wide, it is heavy and it has enormous leverage on whatever is holding it.
Rigidity matters beyond safety. A frame with any flex lets the image move every time you catch a kerb or shift your weight, and on a panel that large the movement is magnified rather than hidden.
The width adjusts, so the frame can be brought in for a smaller panel rather than sitting oversized around it.
Single now, triple or quad later
The upgrade path is the other half of the argument. Optional side arms turn this into a triple and an optional overhead mount adds a screen above, both fitting the base frame rather than replacing it.
That is the difference between buying one stand and buying two. The usual pattern is a single stand, then a triple stand a year later and nothing to do with the first, and paying slightly more now for a frame that expands avoids it.

Fitment and floor space
Trak Racer list it against their tube frames including the FS3, RS6, TR8 PRO, TRX, Porsche 91XTR, Carbon Fibre TRX, TR5, TRF, Aston Martin AMR26, TR2, TR3, TR4 and the Hot Wheels HW2, HW3 and HW5, and their extrusion frames including the TR200, TRA, TR160, TR120, TR80S, TR40S and TRK. Standing on its own legs, it will also sit alongside cockpits from other brands.
Plan for depth behind the rig. A freestanding frame needs floor space for the legs, and an 80 inch panel needs to sit far enough back that you can take it all in.
