Trak Racer Universal Headphone & Steering Wheel Hook Holder
A headset on the floor gets stood on. A rim left on the seat gets knocked off. Neither is a disaster, and both are the sort of small daily annoyance that quietly wears at a setup you otherwise love.
This hook bolts to the aluminium profile you already have and takes both. The curve turns downward at the tip so nothing slides off, and it goes wherever there is spare rail.
It is the least expensive thing in the racing simulator accessories and among the most used, which is usually how it goes with storage, and it sits with the rest of the Trak Racer range.

Somewhere to put it
The best mounting spot is under a side rail or a horizontal bar, where the hook sits below the profile and out of the way of your elbows. Gear hangs down rather than sticking out, which matters in a cockpit where space is already tight.
It takes most gaming and racing headsets, and many steering wheel rims when they are off the base. On a quick release setup that is the difference between a rim living on the hook and a rim living on the floor.
Fitting is one bolt and one nut into the slot. No drilling, and it moves later if you decide somewhere else is better.
