Trak Racer FS3 V2 Flight Simulator Stand
The FS3 V2 is built for pilots who have outgrown a desk. It puts a yoke or stick, a throttle quadrant and a set of rudder pedals on a single rigid frame, at the height and angle you actually fly at, rather than wherever a desk edge happens to put them. It is the entry point to the Trak Racer flight simulator range and the one to start with when a full cockpit is more than the room allows.
The frame is high-grade steel tubing measuring 650mm across the outside of the legs, with 584mm of clear space between the front legs, sitting on hardwood-safe feet. Trak Racer rates the main mount to 8Nm of direct drive torque without flex, which is well beyond anything a yoke or a centre stick will ever ask of it, and the base mount is built to take sim racing braking loads. In flight use the frame is not the limiting factor.
It is supplied as a stand. The left and right flight sim side mounts, the angle and height adjustable yoke mount, the angle adjustable pedal mount and the shifter mount are all included, so the controls you already own bolt straight on. A seat and the flight controls themselves are chosen separately.

How the FS3 V2 compares to other flight sim stands
Most flight sim stands are built to hold one control at a time. They take a yoke or a stick, and the throttle quadrant ends up back on the desk, which leaves the two halves of the aircraft at different heights and different distances from you.
The FS3 V2 carries the whole set on one frame. Left and right side mounts take the throttle and the secondary panels, the centre mount takes the yoke or stick, and the base mount takes rudder pedals at an inclined angle. Because the frame is steel tube rather than folded sheet, it holds that geometry under a firm push on the pedals instead of walking away from you.
If you want the same controls in a fixed seated position with a monitor mount and a proper structure around them, look at the wider flight simulator cockpit range. The FS3 V2 is the answer when the room has to go back to being a room afterwards.
Three-stage height adjustment and a 30mm sliding mount
Getting a yoke to the right height is the difference between flying for twenty minutes and flying for two hours. The FS3 V2 gives you three height stages on the main mount, 30mm of fore and aft slide and an adjustable mount angle, so the control ends up where your hands naturally sit rather than where the frame decided.
That matters most with a yoke, which wants to sit close and low, and with a centre stick, which wants close to the opposite. Both positions are reachable on the same frame, so a stand shared between two pilots or two aircraft types does not need rebuilding between sessions.
Rudder pedals held at a realistic inclined angle
The base mount holds rudder pedals on an incline rather than flat on the floor, which is closer to a real footwell and stops the set sliding away under pressure.
Angle and distance adjust independently, so leg extension can be set without disturbing the yoke position you already dialled in. The mount is rated for sim racing braking loads, which are considerably heavier than anything a rudder set applies, so pedal flex is not the limiting factor.
Yoke, HOTAS, throttle and rudder pedal compatibility
The frame is pre-drilled rather than proprietary, so most flight sim hardware mounts without modification. Yokes from Honeycomb Aeronautical, Logitech and Turtle Beach take the centre position, the Honeycomb and Logitech panel systems clamp alongside, and the major HOTAS sticks and throttle quadrants from Thrustmaster, Logitech, Virpil and VKB take the left and right side mounts.
Rudder pedals from Thrustmaster, Logitech and Virpil fit the base mount, pendular sets included. Folds flat in seconds when the room has other jobs
A flight sim stand that has to be dismantled to get out of the way stops getting used. The FS3 V2 folds without tools, in seconds, and stands against a wall with the controls still mounted.
Two width figures matter. The legs measure 650mm across the outside, which is the footprint the stand needs. Between the front legs there is 584mm of clear space, which is the gap your chair has to roll through. Measure both against your chair and your room before ordering. Hardwood-safe feet mean it can live on timber or laminate without a mat underneath.

Frequently asked questions
Does the FS3 V2 come with a seat?
No. It is a stand, designed to be used with an office chair or gaming chair you already own, and there is 584mm of clear space between the front legs for a chair to roll through, within a 650mm outer width. If you want a seat built into the structure, look at the flight simulator cockpit range instead.
Will my yoke and throttle quadrant fit?
Almost certainly. The frame is pre-drilled for yokes from Honeycomb Aeronautical, Logitech and Turtle Beach, and the side mounts take the common HOTAS sticks and throttle quadrants from Thrustmaster, Logitech, Virpil and VKB. Can it hold rudder pedals properly?
Yes. The base mount is angle and distance adjustable and holds rudder pedals on an incline rather than flat on the floor, pendular sets included. It is rated for sim racing braking loads, which are far heavier than anything a rudder set applies.
Can the same stand be used for sim racing?
The chassis is shared with the wheel stand version and the main mount is rated to 8Nm of direct drive torque, so it will take a wheelbase and a pedal set. This configuration is supplied with the flight sim mounts rather than a racing wheel deck.
How long does assembly take, and can it be put away?
Assembly takes under 30 minutes with the tools and screws supplied. Once built it folds flat in seconds without tools, so it can be stood against a wall with the controls still attached.
