The bracket that puts a G5 actuator on an aluminium profile rig
D-BOX supply the screws that hold an actuator to a bracket, but not the hardware that holds the bracket to your rig. This Trak Racer carbon steel bracket is that missing piece, and it arrives with every M6 and M8 fastener needed to fix it to aluminium extrusion.
One bracket mounts one actuator. Our hardware mounts cover the wider range of rig hardware.

What is in the kit
One bracket, four M8x16 hex screws, four M6x16 hex screws, four M8 flat washers, four M6 flat washers and four M8 ball bearing nuts. That is everything the bracket needs at both ends.
Torque the actuator to the bracket at 11Nm, which is D-BOX's figure. If you are mounting two actuators, the set of two brackets carries double the hardware.
Profile rigs only
This bracket bolts to aluminium extrusion, which is what the great majority of sim rigs use. A tube chassis has no flat face to take it, and those rigs need a motion platform base under the cockpit instead.
If you are buying a complete system, the G5 3250i and 4250i kits already include one bracket per actuator, so this is the part for an upgrade or a replacement rather than a first install.

How many actuators does one bracket hold?
One. A four actuator system needs four brackets, and a three actuator system needs three.
Is the hardware included?
Yes. Four M8x16 and four M6x16 hex screws, four M8 and four M6 flat washers, and four M8 ball bearing nuts come with the bracket.
Will it fit a tube frame rig?
No. It is made for aluminium profile extrusion. A tube chassis needs a motion platform base under the cockpit instead of brackets.
Do the motion systems already include brackets?
Yes. The G5 3250i and 4250i kits supply one bracket per actuator. This is for adding an actuator or replacing a bracket.
