Trak Racer Racing TRX V2 Racing Simulator, Tifosi Red
Tifosi Red is the Racing TRX V2 in the one colour motorsport has never needed to explain. Underneath the paint it is the same cockpit that converts between formula and GT in minutes and takes wheelbases to 30Nm, on 89kg of 2 inch tubular steel.
The headline capability is the changeover. Trak Racer quote 3 to 5 minutes to move the TRX between a formula driving position and a GT one, with tool-free seat changes in under 10 seconds. For comparison the TR80S, TR120S and TR160 all quote around 30 minutes, and the TR8 Pro does not convert at all.
Underneath it is 2 inch tubular steel, 620 by 1507mm assembled and 89kg on the floor. It is by a wide margin the heaviest cockpit Trak Racer build, and mass is doing real work here: it is what keeps the wheel deck still while a 30Nm wheelbase argues with your hands.

Five minutes, not half an hour
That difference is the reason the TRX exists. Half an hour is a job you plan; five minutes is something you do between races because you feel like driving something else. One gets used, the other does not.
The wheel deck, the pedal plate and the seat all move without tools. The pedal plate slides fore and aft and adjusts for height and angle, supporting raised formula, low or angled GT and inverted mounting.
Trak Racer rate the TRX pedal tray adjustability as the highest in their range, which is what a frame designed around conversion from the start looks like.
The seat that moves in ten seconds
The seat assembly is where the TRX earns its conversion time. Height and angle both adjust, and Trak Racer quote tool-free seat changes in under ten seconds, which is what turns a formula to GT swap from a job into a decision.
Seat slider rails come included, so fore and aft position is set on rails rather than by unbolting and guessing. The seat shell itself is chosen separately.
There is also space reserved beneath the seat for a haptic bass shaker, which is among the cheapest immersion upgrades you can make to a cockpit. The options are in the haptic systems.
Colour, and what it says
Tifosi means the fans, and the red is the one every casual observer reads as racing before they read anything else. On a cockpit that lives in a visible room, that is either exactly what you want or exactly what you do not.
It is a full-frame colour rather than an accent, so the rig makes a statement whether or not it is being used. Worth thinking about if the cockpit shares a space with the rest of your life.
The specification is identical to the Racing TRX V2 in Black in every measurable respect. The choice here is purely finish.
Wheelbase, pedals and what else you need
Not included: the seat shell, the wheelbase, the wheel, the pedals and the monitor stand. Shifter and handbrake mounts are optional on the TRX.
Four wheelbase mounting options are offered, which is unusual: a wheel plate, a Fanatec direct drive side mount, a universal front mount and an Asetek front mount. Front and side mounting suit different bases, and having both means no adapters.
The rating is 0 to 30Nm and the pedal plate is rated to 180kg of braking force, so effectively anything in the direct drive wheelbases will pair with it.
