Description
Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition
The Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition is a throttle quadrant inspired by civil aviation and officially licensed by Airbus. It gives you two thrust levers and Airbus-style engine controls on PC.
It has 8 physical action buttons plus 8 virtual buttons on the thrust levers, a built-in thrust reverser and adjustable detents, all read by Thrustmaster's contactless H.E.A.R.T magnetic sensors.
It is part of the Thrustmaster range.
Key features
- Officially licensed by Airbus
- Two separate thrust levers
- 16 buttons, 8 physical and 8 virtual
- Built-in thrust reverser
- Airbus-style stepped detents
- Linear mode for any aircraft
- H.E.A.R.T magnetic sensors
- Link two for four engines
- Works with the TCA Airbus range
- T.A.R.G.E.T software on PC
Iconic Airbus controls
The 8 ergonomic physical buttons replicate A320neo-type controls, with realistic buttons and detents just like a real captain uses.
Another 8 virtual buttons on the thrust levers bring the total to 16.
Dual thrust levers
Two separate thrust levers mirror their Airbus counterparts. For four-engine aircraft such as the A380, two quadrants can be linked to give you four thrust levers. The second quadrant is sold separately.
The built-in thrust reverser works on airliners, light aircraft and transport aircraft.
Fly any type of aircraft
The stepped mode replicates the iconic Airbus detents. Mechanical selectors disable the detents and reversers to switch to linear axis mode, so the quadrant suits any type of aircraft.
Contactless H.E.A.R.T sensors with no potentiometers give the quadrant a long working life and precise control.
Build your Airbus cockpit
The quadrant is part of Thrustmaster's TCA Airbus ecosystem. Pair it with the Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition and add the Thrustmaster T.Flight Rudder Pedals (TFRP) for a complete airliner setup.

Our expert take
"The TCA Quadrant is the easiest upgrade for anyone flying airliners with a basic stick. Two proper thrust levers, Airbus detents and reversers transform takeoffs and landings, and you can switch to linear mode for general aviation."
"It is PC only, and on its own it does not include flaps or speed brake levers. Thrustmaster sells those as the TCA Quadrant Add-On. Browse our flight simulator controls for more."
