MOZA SRP2 Clutch Pedal
The MOZA SRP2 Clutch Pedal is a purpose-built add-on for MOZA SRP2 Pedals owners who want to move from two-pedal to full three-pedal control. Whether you’re practising race starts, working on heel-and-toe downshifts, drifting, or driving with a proper manual shifter in rally and circuit sims, a dedicated clutch pedal changes how you engage with every car that demands it.
Built from high-strength steel with a 15-bit angle sensor delivering 32,768 PPR of resolution, the SRP2 Clutch provides precise, repeatable clutch position data with every input. Two-stage preload adjustment lets you set engagement resistance to suit your preference, and wide-range mechanical adjustment across height, angle, and lateral pedal face position means you fit the pedal to your rig rather than the other way around. MOZA Racing’s Pit House software handles curve tuning, dead zone configuration, and real-time output monitoring through the same interface as the rest of the SRP2 set.

How the SRP2 Clutch compares to other sim racing clutch add-ons
Most entry-level clutch pedal add-ons use simple spring-loaded mechanisms with fixed preload and minimal positional adjustment. They add a third pedal to a setup but offer little control over feel or placement. Engagement resistance is fixed at the factory, and adjusting height or angle typically means disassembly.
The SRP2 Clutch covers far more ground. The 15-bit angle sensor captures clutch position at 32,768 PPR. Two-stage preload changes without tools. Height, angle, and lateral face position all adjust independently across ranges that cover floor setups through to high-mounted cockpit configurations. If you are already running the MOZA SRP2 Pedals, this is the direct upgrade path. Drivers on the MOZA CRP2 Pedals should look at the CRP2 Clutch Pedal instead, as the SRP2 Clutch is only compatible with the SRP2 base.
Precise position tracking with a 15-bit angle sensor
The 15-bit magnetic angle sensor in the SRP2 Clutch delivers 32,768 PPR of resolution across the full travel range. There are no coarse steps or dead bands across the arc, which matters most when you’re modulating the clutch for a controlled launch, nailing consistent rev-match timing on downshifts, or managing wheel spin on corner exit in manual-transmission cars.
MOZA Pit House lets you apply a custom output curve to the clutch signal, adjusting linearity or introducing dead zones at either end of travel to better match how you drive. Real-time output display shows live pedal position during calibration, so you can verify the sensor is reading correctly before heading into a session.
Adjustable to any rig, seating position, or driving style
The SRP2 Clutch adjusts across four independent axes. Height spans 36mm, angle runs from 10° to 25°, the pedal face shifts ±15mm left or right, and two-stage preload changes the mechanical engagement resistance. That covers the practical difference between a low floor-mounted setup and a high cockpit configuration, plus the variation between a driver who wants a light clutch for frequent heel-and-toe and one who prefers firm resistance for consistent launches.
All positional adjustments are tool-free. Height and angle set without removing the clutch from the base, and the lateral face shift requires no disassembly. For a rig shared between drivers or after any seat position change, this keeps setup time short.
Steel construction built for consistent long-term feel
The SRP2 Clutch is built from high-strength steel throughout, matching the pedal arm and base material used across the rest of the SRP2 set. The enclosed guiding rod and polished steel shafts keep travel smooth and controlled over thousands of inputs, with the sleeve isolating the pivot from dust and debris. Soft cushioning at the travel limit absorbs end-of-stroke impact cleanly, keeping the pedal quiet over long sessions.
Anti-slip pads on the SRP2 base plate keep the full pedal system stable on carpet and hard floors without rig mounting. If you need additional rearward stability during hard clutch and braking inputs, MOZA’s optional SRP2 Rear Support Bracket anchors the base against a wall or rig upright.
Full MOZA Pit House software integration
The SRP2 Clutch connects to your PC through the SRP2 pedal base via a single USB cable. No additional drivers are required, and the full SRP2 system appears as a single game controller in Windows. Pit House handles all clutch tuning within the same interface as the brake and throttle, covering output curves, dead zone thresholds, stroke calibration, and per-preset saves for different car classes.
Firmware and software updates for the SRP2 system are delivered through Pit House automatically. When MOZA releases updates that affect calibration or tuning options, they appear in the interface on next launch with no manual file management required.
Our expert take
The SRP2 Clutch is a great add for anyone already on the SRP2 who wants a more realistic pedal setup. Beyond the added authenticity, it opens up proper shifter use, drifting, and rally driving in a way that a two-pedal setup simply cannot replicate. If you’re on the SRP2 and you’re serious about any of those disciplines, adding the clutch is a no-brainer at this price point.

Frequently asked questions
Does the SRP2 Clutch work with other MOZA pedal sets like the SR-P or CRP2?
No. The SRP2 Clutch is designed to mount exclusively onto the SRP2 pedal base and is not compatible with the SR-P, SR-P Lite, or CRP2 pedal sets. If you are running the CRP2 Pedals and want to add a clutch, the MOZA CRP2 Clutch Pedal is the correct companion for that system.
Does the SRP2 Clutch simulate a bite point or clutch engagement effect?
No. The SRP2 Clutch is a precision spring-return pedal with a 15-bit angle sensor. It does not emulate a two-stage bite point or provide any clutch-effect simulation. Engagement timing is set through in-game settings and practised through repetition. The sensor quality means in-game simulation of bite point behaviour is accurate and consistent.
Is the clutch difficult to install on the SRP2 base?
The clutch slots into the SRP2 pedal base using the same track system as the throttle and brake, and MOZA includes a tool kit for installation. First-time setup requires some care to align the clutch correctly, so allow time to work through it methodically. Once mounted, all positional adjustments are tool-free.
Can I use the SRP2 Clutch on the floor without a sim racing cockpit?
Yes. The SRP2 pedal base uses anti-slip rubber pads on the underside to keep the unit stable on carpet or hard floors without rig mounting. For additional stability during hard braking and clutch inputs, MOZA’s optional SRP2 Rear Support Bracket anchors the base against a wall or rig upright.
Does the clutch need its own USB connection to my PC?
No. The SRP2 Clutch connects to the SRP2 pedal base, and the base handles a single USB connection to your PC. The entire SRP2 system appears as one game controller in Windows and in your sim’s input settings. No additional USB port is needed when adding the clutch.
How do I tune the clutch curve and sensitivity?
All software tuning runs through MOZA Pit House. Navigate to the clutch tab, adjust output curve shape, set dead zones at either end of travel, and run min/max calibration to confirm the sensor stroke. Real-time output display shows live position data so you can verify changes before heading into a session.
How does the SRP2 Clutch compare to the clutch add-on for the CRP2 system?
The SRP2 Clutch uses high-strength steel and a 15-bit angle sensor, matched to the SRP2 system it is designed for. The MOZA CRP2 Clutch Pedal is built from CNC-machined aluminium and carbon fibre and matches the higher-specification CRP2 pedal base. If your budget extends to the CRP2 ecosystem, the full CRP2 system is a meaningful step up in build quality and brake performance. If you are on the SRP2, this is the right and only clutch add-on for your setup.
