HORI HOTAS Flight Control System & Mount for PC
The HORI HOTAS Flight Control System & Mount is a complete hands-on-throttle-and-stick setup for PC, developed with Gaijin Entertainment, the studio behind War Thunder. It pairs a Hall effect joystick with a split twin throttle and a control panel of metal toggle switches, all on steel desk mounts.
The joystick reads its axes through contactless Hall effect sensors at 16-bit resolution and carries a dual-stage trigger for weapons. Across 3 modes you can set 61 button functions and 9 analogue axes, for around 200 assignable functions in total.
It is built for Windows 11 and 10, maps itself automatically in War Thunder, and includes a bonus code for limited edition War Thunder content featuring 3 fighter planes.

A cockpit layout built around your desk
The included steel mounting brackets clamp to your desk and hold the stick and throttle below the desk edge, where they sit in a real fighter. Position the joystick to your right or in front of you to match the cockpit layout you prefer.
Each mount has 4 height levels, so you can set the controls to suit your chair and arm position. A screwdriver is needed to assemble the clamps and is not included. Browse our HOTAS range for more stick and throttle setups.
Hall effect precision and a dual-stage trigger
The joystick uses contactless Hall effect sensors, giving 16-bit control with no physical contact to wear. Dead zones and sensitivity can be adjusted in the free companion app.
The dual-stage trigger operates two weapons from one finger: press it partway to fire machine guns, then pull through to fire rockets or a second weapon.
Twin throttle with your choice of yaw control
The split throttle controls each engine independently for twin-engine aircraft, and the levers lock together when you want a single throttle. Resistance is adjustable to suit your hand.
Yaw can come from the twist axis on the joystick or from the rudder control on the throttle, so you choose which hand handles the lateral axis.
Around 200 functions within reach
The throttle base carries a full control panel with metal toggle switches for radar, landing gear, flaps and air brakes. Across 3 modes you can set 61 button functions and 9 analogue axes, and assign functions to button combinations.
The companion app handles button mapping, analogue sensitivity, dead zones and the brightness of the LED gauges.

Does it work on Xbox or PlayStation?
No. HORI built it for PC only, running Windows 11 or 10.
Which games is it compatible with?
HORI lists War Thunder, DCS World Steam Edition, Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane 11 and 12, STAR WARS: Squadrons, EVERSPACE 2 and World of Warplanes. War Thunder maps the buttons automatically; in the other titles you assign them in the game's control settings. See our flight simulator controls for the rest of your setup.
Can I buy the joystick or throttle on their own?
No. HORI sells the HOTAS Flight Control System & Mount as a complete set only.
Can I remap the buttons?
Yes. The companion app lets you remap buttons, assign functions to button combinations, and adjust sensitivity and dead zones.
What do I need to install the desk mounts?
The steel clamps attach to the edge of your desk, and a screwdriver is needed to assemble them. It is not included in the box.
How do I redeem the War Thunder bonus content?
Log in to your Gaijin Entertainment account at gaijin.net and enter the bonus code in the activation key field.
