The ES Xbox wheel features a 280mm diameter with ISF PU grips, an aluminium face plate, magnetic aluminium shift paddles, 22 programmable buttons, and 10 high-brightness RGB RPM LEDs. Everything is configurable through MOZA Pit House. For Xbox racers who want to run Forza Motorsport or Forza Horizon series with direct drive feedback, the R3 Xbox Bundle is the most accessible path there.

Why direct drive over belt-driven wheels

Belt-driven and gear-driven wheels, including the Logitech G923, G29, Thrustmaster T248, and similar products, use intermediate mechanical components between the motor and steering shaft. These components introduce friction, lag, and inconsistent feedback that softens and delays what you feel through the wheel.

The R3 uses true direct drive: the motor shaft and the steering shaft are the same component, with nothing in between. The result is feedback that is faster to respond, more accurate in its detail, and more consistent across sessions. At 3.9Nm the R3 is at the entry end of the MOZA direct drive range, but it still represents a fundamentally different and more realistic driving experience than any belt or gear-driven wheel at a similar price.

Building from the R3: your upgrade path

The R3 is designed to grow into a larger MOZA ecosystem over time. The quick release system accepts any MOZA wireless steering wheel, so upgrading your wheel later requires no additional hardware.
