Trak Racer Freestanding Quad Monitor Stand With Extra Leg Supports
This is the version built for screens that are genuinely large. Three front panels up to 55 inches each, an overhead display up to 45, and a stated load capacity of 170kg carried on 80x40mm aluminium profile with additional support legs. It is the most specified stand in Trak Racer's monitor range and it sits with the rest of the sim racing monitor stands we stock.
The extra legs exist for one reason: outer screens at 55 inches are heavy and a long way from the centre of the frame. Without additional support that leverage shows up as sag and misalignment over time, which is exactly the failure a quad setup cannot tolerate.
Side monitors swivel up to 90 degrees, and height, leg width and forward or back positioning all adjust.

The extra legs are the entire point
A 55 inch panel hung at the outer edge of a quad array puts a lot of weight a long way from the frame's centre. That is a leverage problem rather than a strength problem, and it does not announce itself on day one. It shows up months later as screens that have drifted out of alignment and will not stay where you set them.
The additional support legs put a load path under the outer panels rather than relying on the crossbeam to cantilever them. Combined with the 80x40mm profile and the 170kg capacity, this is the stand specified to actually carry what it claims.
Numbers you can plan around
Most stands in this range publish very little. This one gives you three front positions at up to 55 inches, an overhead position at up to 45, 80x40mm profile, a 170kg load capacity and up to 90 degrees of swivel on the side monitors. That is enough to plan a build around rather than guess at.
Ninety degrees of swivel is more than any sim racing setup needs for wrap-around geometry, which means the adjustment range is comfortably beyond the working range rather than being used at its limits. Have a look at the aluminium chassis rigs if you are matching this to a cockpit.
VESA and what is not included
One thing worth knowing before ordering: a set of three VESA adjustment brackets is available separately, which widens the range of mounting patterns the stand will take. If your panels use an unusual pattern, ask us to confirm fitment before you order.
It fits alongside Trak Racer tube frames including the FS3, RS6, TR8 PRO, TRX, Porsche 91XTR, Carbon Fibre TRX, TR5, TRF, Aston Martin AMR26, TR2, TR3, TR4 and the Hot Wheels HW2, HW3 and HW5 and extrusion frames including the TR200, TRA, TR160, TR120, TR80S, TR40S and TRK, though as a freestanding stand it is not bolted to any of them and works with most other cockpits too.
