Gain sharper spatial awareness with the Atlas Air open-back design

Hearing exactly where footsteps, gunfire or movement is coming from changes everything.

The open-back design on the Atlas Air makes that possible with cleaner, more natural sound and wider spatial detail.

You’re not just getting left and right—you’re getting real depth and direction.

That kind of awareness gives you the upper hand when every second counts.

The design helps you stay locked in while staying aware of what’s around you, in-game and out.

Turtle Beach Atlas Air Headset

Unlock richer directional audio with 24-bit sound quality

Hearing the full detail of every sound can change how you play and how you react.

With 24-bit, 96kHz high-fidelity audio in PC mode, the Atlas Air brings out subtle layers most headsets just miss.

You’ll pick up on distant reloads, directional movement, and ambient sounds with stunning clarity.

It’s not louder—it’s richer, sharper, and more precise.

That level of detail lets you make faster, smarter decisions in the heat of the moment.

Every sound tells a story, and with Atlas Air, you hear every bit of it the way it was meant to be.

Turtle Beach Atlas Air Headset

Control your voice output perfectly with the Atlas Air’s mic

Shouting over background noise or repeating yourself mid-match breaks focus fast.

The Atlas Air’s broadcast-quality mic cuts through that mess with sharp, consistent clarity.

It uses a 16-bit, 32kHz high-bandwidth signal that keeps your voice clean and natural, even when the room gets loud.

Flip it up to mute instantly or fine-tune everything in the Swarm II app to match your playstyle.

The mic’s uni-directional design blocks distractions so teammates hear only what they need.

Turtle Beach Atlas Air Headset

Switch audio sources instantly with QuickSwitch button control

Switching audio sources mid-game or mid-call shouldn’t slow you down.

The QuickSwitch button on the Atlas Air lets you jump from low-latency wireless to Bluetooth in seconds.

One tap shifts your connection, so you can answer a call, switch devices, or move setups without missing a beat.

It’s seamless, fast, and built for how gamers actually use their gear. Whether you’re moving from PC to mobile or toggling between Discord and Spotify, the control is simple, smart, and instantly responsive.

Turtle Beach Atlas Air Headset

Play comfortably for hours with the Atlas Air’s ProSpecs cushions

Headsets shouldn’t feel like a clamp especially if you wear glasses.

The Atlas Air’s ProSpecs cushions are built with soft, pressure-relieving zones that ease up exactly where your frames sit.

No pinching, no headaches, no adjusting every ten minutes.

Add in breathable memory foam that stays cool through long sessions, and you’ve got a fit that’s actually made for comfort, not just promised.

Whether you’re wearing glasses or not, the cushions contour naturally and keep the heat down, so you can stay focused longer without any discomfort.

Turtle Beach Stealth Atlas Air headset frequently asked questions

Is the Atlas Air only for PC, or can I use it on other devices too?

While the high-fidelity 24-bit audio is exclusive to PC, you can absolutely use the Atlas Air on PlayStation consoles and mobile devices via Bluetooth or the included 3.5mm cable. It’s built with flexibility in mind.

How comfortable is the Atlas Air for long gaming sessions?

The floating headband and earcups really do make a difference. At just 301g, it’s lightweight and doesn’t clamp down on your head. The memory foam cushions with ProSpecs tech also mean zero pressure on glasses.

Can I clearly hear directional sound with this headset?

Yes—and that’s where the open-back design shines. You’ll pick up subtle movement and precise spatial detail, making it easier to locate enemies before they see you.

Does the mic really block out background noise?

It does. The flip-to-mute mic uses a high-bandwidth signal and a unidirectional pickup to cut through noise. Even in a loud room, your voice comes through clean and sharp.

Do I have to manually switch between wireless and Bluetooth?

Nope—just hit the QuickSwitch button. It’s designed to let you toggle audio sources instantly, so moving between PC and mobile is smooth and effortless.

Is there software to customize sound and mic settings?

Yes, the Swarm II desktop and mobile app lets you tweak everything—EQ, mic levels, even presets like Superhuman Hearing. You’re fully in control.

Does the open-back design leak sound to people around me?

Slightly—that’s the tradeoff for the wider, more natural soundstage. If you’re in a shared space, just be aware it’s not as private as a closed-back headset.

How long does the battery actually last?

Up to 50 hours on a full charge. And if you're in a rush, a quick charge gives you a solid boost so you're not stuck waiting.

Amazing Headset

I love this headset, it absolutely lives up to the hype. It is so comfortable and has great audio quality. I was impressed that it came with 2 dongles so you can leave one in your PC and the other in your console without having to worry about moving it it over to whatever you want to play. Plus being able to connect to my phone with Bluetooth no matter what I'm playing on is a nice touch. I can't recommend this headset enough, it's worth the money!
