I own the thrust master Joystick and I just purchased the throttle after the long awaited "out of stock" time. once I got it I seen that it was TINY I thought it would be the same size as the joystick but NO it's TINY like the length of a 60 oz bottle of coke tiny. Either way I like it, I'm very OCD about my space on my desk and the fact that it's not bulky is a space saver, and is amazing in sim. I have Xplane 11 and It works fantastic with the airbus products we have on the market. I can't wait to use it more on flights across the pond with the A321 XLR fleet. This product is amazing and I love it. the only downside is I wish the Engine Ignition buttons below the fuel switches would light up indicating which engine has a "fire" or something like Green for good engine or flashing Red for bad engine ya know. The knobs and levers are great, i'm happy with the fact you can tighten up the renaissance of the throttles to make it feel more life like. over all 5 out of 5.

I love the look and feel overall. The stick worked right away out of the box and really feels nice. Very precise control, good weight, and solid feel.The throttle is lighter than expected, but is still very cool. Just be sure to set the friction to your liking.Why 3 stars? Because setting it up is a freaking nightmare. I expected it to just work right away and maybe just some redesigning some commands to buttons etc. nope!Despite having checked and rechecked every single key assignment to the throttle quadrant and being sure no unwanted keys remained assigned to random stuff, it still won’t work right!It controls the engine forward thrust only between the full reverse to 3rd indent. At or just slightly after the 3rd indent it deploys landing gear and changes the cam view. WTF? none of those commands are assigned to the throttle. They are however assigned to the stick and work as expected on the stick only.I’ve downloaded “TARGET” (the Thrustmaster controller set up and config software) and installed latest drivers (as best I can tell?) to no observable improvement. “TARGET” software is NOT user friendly at all. There’s no built in setting for FSX or even MSFS. There’s no helpful articles at Thrustmaster so far and I’m trying really hard to not unload all hate. I suspect I’ve done something wrong somewhere but finding out exactly what or where is painful. My point is to give potential buyers a little peek at what to expect if they use a Win10 FSX Steam Ed and are considering this HOTAS.I expect in time after much frustration and reading of countless articles and watching as many YouTube videos I may figure it all out. Until then....the throttle quadrant is little more than a cool paper weight.
