It was needed.
After upgrading my brakes I found that getting a fixed seat was mandatory. I was a little concerned about the reclining feature that it would give as per the review on Sim Racing Garage but his review was with the motion platform, which I don't have so I can't say how that would be. Like it is, for me, it's a solid, comfortable and nice looking addition to my DD stand.
Great seat after small modification
The seat is comfortable, very adjustable, and I feel completely connected to my steering wheel and pedals.
My one complaint is that the holes that attach to the side of the wheel stand are slightly off and had to open up the holes on the seat frame in order for the seat frame to attach.
Next level racing wheel stand 2.0 is what is attached to the next level racing gtseat add-on.
I have not known the wonders of a reclining seat for watching movies and generally relaxing... I Like this.
As a sim rig it's a nice stiff connection to the dd wheel stand and flex isn't an issue, everything assembles nice and tight.
I want more tapped holes so I can use the shifter mount as a mouse platform, I know how to make them but I want them stock as an option, just a few more seconds to tap some more holes farther down the rail
6 foot for 300 pounds I have enough Leg room
Works and comfortable
Added this recently to my NLR Wheelstand DD and it works great and was very easy to add on. I took the path of building out my rig slowly rather than purchasing a full kit and this seat was a great 'next' addition.
