The TR160 chassis is constructed from 160/40, T-slot extruded aluminium. The wheel, shifter and pedal mounts are all made from laser cut carbon steel and pre-drilled for most popular accessories.
Better still, the TR160 cockpit is backed by an industry leading five-year warranty.
Get ready for the supreme force feedback of the Asetek La Prima direct drive wheelbase. Churning out a meaty 12 Nm of torque, the La Prima wheelbase is more than enough for any serious sim racer. Feedback delivery is smooth in-game to maximise your driving experience so you can instantly and accurately feel all the track, terrain and in-car sensations.
Made from the highest quality components and materials, the Asetek SimSports La Prima direct drive wheelbase is a standout amongst the competition.
Included with the Asetek wheelbase is the Asetek D-shaped GT wheel and Forte button box with quick release. You simply bolt the wheel rim to the button box, attach the whole lot to your wheelbase and start racing.
The 330mm diameter D-shaped wheel includes magnetic shifter paddles and a whopping 112 individual input options to your fingertips, making every decision, from DRS activation to traction control adjustments, a breeze.
Inspired by real-life racing standards, the Asetek Forte sim racing pedal set has been thoroughly tested by racers and sim racers alike.
With that feedback in mind, the sim pedals are engineered and designed. The M.L.C.P.C.™ (Mechanical Load Cell Powered Cylinder) brake cylinder is designed to give you a realistic brake experience and is rigorously tested with up to 180 kg pedal force.
Furthermore, the Asetek Forte pedal set, while not hydraulic, still offers you the “hydraulic sensation” of a fully depressed brake pedal, where you can still pressure modulate/trail brake thanks to the 2-stage system inspired by the Invicta hydraulic pedal set.
The Asetek Forte throttle system features a die-cast aluminium, zero play pedal arm with integrated long durability ball bearings and bronze bushing at the clevis rotation point.
Performance comes from a 16-bit magnetic wireless hall TPS (throttle position sensor) that boasts no mechanical wear and zero maintenance. Custom throttle curves can be adjusted and 100% customised using the RaceHub Software to mimic a real race car butterfly opening. For example, a linear curve in dry conditions and a progressive in wet conditions.
Also included is the Asetek SimSports La Prima clutch system. The three pedals combined hand you one of the best performing, highest quality load cell pedal sets on the market today.
