Worth the money
Bought this for my new music studio for long hours of sitting in one place. Researched a lot of chairs before buying and I'm not disappointed with my purchase. Well made and solid construction. Wide, comfortable and supportive in all areas.
It's a great chair!
Finally took the plunge and replaced my old chair that finally gave way and left me like a stranded turtle!
I normally cheap out on things like chairs but since I've started remote working, I've found it to be completely worth the cost.
I love how robust the chair feels being that I'm not far off 19 stone and it doesn't groan and whine at me like my old one, the only downside of this is the chair itself is quite weighty but I prefer that as it adds to the sturdy feel.
The seat itself is comfy and has a wide seat base so you don't feel like you've gotten yourself wedged in a doorway and the back can be adjusted to suit either an up right sitting position which has helped me when working or the more lazy laid back angle great for watching tv shows and films.
The arm adjustments are great, they go up, down, sideways, forwards, diagonal really nice to get them in the perfect position for long hours of working/gaming.
Like a couple of the other reviewers I've ditched the bottom pillow from the chair as I just couldn't make it work for me, but I think that's a personal preference and might give it another shot at some point as the supports themselves are really nicely made. I would agree with another reviewer that the movement on the headrest support could be better with slightly large slits to adjust the height but I've made it work for me.
In summary the chair looks great, feels great and justifies the cost which is why I decided to write my very first review as I feel the product deserves it.
Very confortable chair
Is definately a very conforable chair. Good back support, good construction, it's really a good purchase.
A bit expensive but not very unreasonable.
The only down on this chair are the arms.
Not very confortable if you like to rest your armas on it and the way they are designed, if you are not a fan of wireless headsets, the cable keeps getting into the arms. Didn't happened with my last chair because the arms were oval and the headset cable didn't got stuck on them very often. On this, it's several times a day.
If the arms were different probably the chair deserved a 5 start review.
Good value for money
Bought as a gaming chair after my last one broke. Was hesitant at first because of the price but can honestly say it's an extremely well made chair, even the screws it comes with are solid. Overall comfort is great, can adjust the chair to suit your needs easily enough and once assembled it just feels solid.
A Win for Big and Tall
I'm 6ft 6 and weight in excess of 25stone
Amazon says 200kg so do other retailers who sell this model but the Anda Seat website says 140 which is confusing, however this chair won't crumble it's sterdy and has taken me back with how comfortable it is!
This is a short term review but when assembling the chair you get a just of the quality of material and parts so I'm confident in the purchase lasting for some time.
Additional head and lumbar pillows nice touch not needed for me tho chair hags me like a pillow
